Boys Varsity Swimming · Boys Swimming Defeated by Mishawaka

The boys swimming and diving team competed in Northern Indiana Conference action on Tuesday night, falling to the Cavemen in a close matchup 87 – 98.

The Eagles won in five events throughout the night.

Brendan Quinn won the 200 Freestyle in 2:05.63. Swimming 2;17.85, Sam Burns won the 200 Individual Medley. In the 100 Backstroke, Joseph Shrader won in 1:04.35. The last individual winner for Adams of the night was James Bramlett in the 100 Breaststroke. Bramlett won in 1:12.11.

The Eagles also won the last event of the evening, the 400 Freestyle Relay. The relay of Quinn, Burns, Jakob Forsythe, and Mateo Rey won in 3:45.13.

Adams falls to 1 and 4 overall and in the NIC with the loss.

The Adams divers will compete this Saturday in the Washington Diving Invitational. The full team will be back in action next Tuesday in a coed meet at home against South Bend Clay.
