On Saturday, the Boys Track & Field team competed at the 69th Marion Relays. The Eagles finished in a respectable 4th place out of 9 teams with a total of 70 points.
The Eagles had one individual champion at the relays, Tommy Han in Pole Vault. Han would outlast the competition, clearing a height of 12’9.”
The Eagles would also place in the other four field events as well. Vamoni Stubbs, with a jump of 5’10” finished 3rd in High Jump. In Long Jump, Tre Williams would finish 6th with a distance of 19’8.75.” Alex Harman placed in both Shot Put and Discus. Harman finished 4th in Shot Put, with a toss of 39’7.25” and 6th in Discus with a throw of 107’5.”
On the track two relays finished as runner ups. The 4×800 relay of Alex Marcharaschwili, Amar Beganovic, Hansel Lopez, and Ngor Agwick ran a time of 8:41.56. Agwick was also a member of the runner up 4×400 relay as well. He was joined by Tre Grey, David Smith, and Jaylen Wright running a time of 3:31.52. For both relays, it was the best times the Eagles have run all season.
The Spring Medley Relay (100-100-200-400) of Grey, Smith, Wright, and Tommy Douglas finished in 4th place in 1:38.14. The same four athletes ran the 4×100 Relay finishing in 6th place in 45.30.
The Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600) ran 11:49.04, good for 6th place. Team members included Marcharaschwili, Shannon Clark, Julio Martinez, and Alex Blade.
In individual events, William Neubauer placed in both the 1600 and 3200. Neubauer finished 3rd in the 1600 in 4:41.88 and 4th in the 3200 in 10:22.53. Maceo Horton finished 4th in the 110 Hurdles with a new personal best of 16.44.

The team competes again on Tuesday evening in Northern Indiana Conference action at Glen High School taking on the Falcons and SB St Joseph Indians.
