Girls Junior Varsity Volleyball, Girls Varsity Volleyball · Volleyball Falls to Concord

For the second night in a row, the Adams Volleyball team hosted a non conference opponent at home. On Tuesday, the Eagles took on the Concord Minutemen.

The two teams battled it out throughout the evening, but it was the Eagles who lost to Concord, winning 1 set and losing 3.

The Eagles fought their way back into it in the first set but would narrowly fall 20-25. In the second set Adams would lose 11-25.

Adams was victorious in the third set, defeating Concord 25-16 but could not finish it out in the fourth set, losing 19-25.

In the loss SeSe Scheffler had 11 kills, Abby Holmes had 7 kills, and Lauren Miller & Claire Scheffler each had 6 kills each. Sophia Salas ended the night with 24 digs and CC Johnson had 16 assists.

The Eagles have an overall season record of 5-4. 

The Junior Varsity team also lost to Concord, narrowly falling in 3 sets 13-25. 25-24, 13-25

Adams will play again on Thursday at home, taking on John Glenn in the first Northern Indiana Conference matchup of the season.
