Boys Varsity Track, Girls Varsity Track · Boys and Girls Track and Field Conditioning Information Spring 2020

It is just over a month away from the start of the Boys and Girls Track and Field season. Conditioning for the season is already underway in preparation for the season.

Currently the Track and Field Teams have the following conditioning schedule:

Sprint Conditioning

Tues – Wed – Thurs

4:30 – 6:30 PM

Distance Conditioning

Mon – Fri

4:15 – 6:00 PM


9:00-11:00 AM

Weight Training

Mon – Thurs

7:15 – 8:15 AM



6:30 – 7:30 PM

Conditioning will run through Monday February 17 when the official start of the Track and Field season arrives.

Any John Adams student athlete interested in running Track and Field this spring is welcome to attend. 

All student athletes for all sports wanting to participate in conditioning programs and practices must have an IHSAA Physical on file in the Athletic Office, Family ID Registration complete, and Athletic Insurance paid before they may participate. The insurance fee for Track and Field is $25.00.
