It was a perfect evening for the Girls Golf team on Wednesday night for the Adams Girls Golf team as the team played in their second match of the season, and the first Northern Indiana Conference match of the year.
Taking on Mishawaka Marian and SB St Joseph at Juday Creek Golf Course in Granger, the Lady Eagles fell to both the Knights and Indians. St Joseph finished with a team score of 185, Marian with 199, and Adams with 207.
Individually, Senior Anna Guzik finished as one of the top finishers in the match, ending the round with a score of 46 on the par 36 back nine of the course.
Miranda Brewer finished the evening with a 50 on the card, Lia Gosselin shot 55, Marie Swain shot 56, and CoCo Castellanet ended with a score of 59.
It was a bust two days for the Lady Eagles after playing the Plymouth Invitational and the opening NIC match. Adams will have the weekend off before competing again on Tuesday in the New Prairie Invitational.
