Boys Varsity Wrestling, Coed Varsity Wrestling · Wrestling Season Comes to End at IHSAA Regional

The Adams Wrestling team competed on Saturday morning in the IHSAA Regional at Penn High School.

Five wrestlers, all Freshman, qualified from last week’s sectional. Unfortunately, all five had their season come to an end at the Regional but the potential remains very bright for the talented group of young wrestlers.

At 113 pounds, David Pine lost just as the horn sounded in the first period of action, getting pinned by his Warsaw opponent.

Jonah Arzadon lost by Fall at 126 pounds halfway through the third period to his Wawasee opponent.

At 138 pounds, Bol Agwick lost to this Wawasee opponent, getting pinned early in the second period.

Will Kennedy lost by Fall at 145 midway through the second period to Wawasee.

At 220 pounds, Aaron Garcia lost by Major Decision with a match score of 6-14 to his Triton opponent.

Congratulations on an outstanding season Adams Wrestling!
