Boys Swimming loses to arch rival Riley

The Boys swim team swam hard Tuesday night but fell to Riley 128-56.  The 200 Freestyle Relay of Sam Burns, Joe Sharder, Bernal Cortes and Mateo Ray took first place in their event. Attached are the final results of the meet. The team will swim in the NIC Conference meet Saturday at Penn. 18-0123finalsbrivsbad

Boys Basketball Picks up key NIC Win

Nick Fulmer throws in 20 points while  Ben Foster had  13 and Shaq Johnson 10 as the Eagles beat Jimtown Monday night 60-43.   The Eagles move to 7-8 on the year and 2-4 in NIC Play. They will host John Glenn on February 1st in their  next action.   The JV team also beat Jimtown 70-35.

Boys Freshman Basketball loses final NIC game

The Freshman Boys Basketball team had their NIC conference wining streak snapped Monday night as they dropped a 51-38 game at New Prairie. The Eagles now drop to 11-5 overall and finish NIC play at 10-1.  They will host Elkhart Memorial Thursday Night.

Girls Basketball tourney draw

The IHSAA held their 43rd annual sectional pairings on Sunday.  The Lady Eagles drew St. Joe in the first game on Tuesday January 30th at Penn. Here is a complete look at the bracket.  

Boys Swimming finishes 2nd at City Meet

The Boys swim team placed 2nd at the City Swim meet on Saturday. The Eagles scored 434 points 2nd only to Riley  who scored 596. Many of the Eagle swimmers swam their best times of the season and improved on others.  Attached are the score sheets from the meet .      

Wrestling goes 2-3 at Bremen Super Duals

The Wrestling team went 2-3 Saturday at the Bremen Super duals. The Eagles beat Gary West and Bremen while losing to New Prairie, Jimtown and Northwestern.  The Eagles din not have ant champions. The Eagles are now 11-15 on the year.  They will wrestle in the sectional next Saturday at Mishawaka.

Girls Basketball drops final regular season home game

Camisa Vines scored 11 points and Maria Besario 10 points as the Lady Eagles dropped their final regular season home game to Fort Wayne Carroll 64-37.  The Eagles drop to 2-18 on the season. The JV also lost 60-14.  The teams back in action on Tuesday at New Prairie to wrap up the  NIC regular

Freshman Boys Basketball also loses to Northridge

Jessie Morgan score 8 points as the Freshman Boys Basketball team dropped a tough one to Northridge Saturday 34-29.  The Eagles are now 11-4 on the year and can wrap  up the conference undefeated with a win at New Prairie Monday night.

Freshman Girls Basketball drops tight one to Northridge

Madylin Bauer scored 12 points to lead the Lady Eagles but they dropped  a 28-25 decision to Northridge on Saturday Morning. The Eagles are now 4-3 on the year. They finish the year on January 29th at Plymouth.
