Girls track does well at HSR Finals

The girls track team finished 11th in the HSR finals over the weekend. The Eagles scored 23 points.  Placing  for the lady Eagles was Tajaa Fair in the 60 Meter Hurdles, and the the girls 4×200 and the girls 4×400.Atached are the meet results.  Great job Ladies! Here  are the met results:

Softball stays perfect on season

The Varsity  Softball team stayed perfect on the season after a 7 to 4 win over Concord on Saturday.   Megan Bonk went 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 singles and 4 RBI.  Brittany Martens went 2 for 5 with 2 runs scored.  Mary Landis was the  winning pitcher as she pitched all 7

Softball dominates home opener

Halle Meredith and Taylor Meehan each went 4 for 4 as the Lady Eagles beat Ft. Wayne Carroll 19-5 in 5 innings at LaSalle Field.  The Eagles banged out 18 its in the victory. The Winning pitcher was Mary Landis as she went the distance and gave up 5 runs and 7 hits while striking

The Varsity softball team opened the season Tuesday afternoon with a 7 to 5 nine  inning win over Class 3A #1 St. Joe at the North Field. The Eagles turned a double play to end the game. Girls Indoor Track Results 3-12-16

Our girls track team competed in the Hoosier State Relays this past Saturday, hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion IN. Our girls were led by Senior Catherine Mittiga who placed 1st in the long jump in 16 – 2.25. Our 4x200M relay of Catherine Mittiga, Jessiyah Lottie, Ashley Punch, Tajaa Fair placed 1st place

Boys basketball loses regular season finale

The boys basketball team lost their final regular season game Friday night but dropping a 69 to 63 lost to New Praire in overtime . The loss drops the team record to 8 and 13 overall and 6 and 6 in the NIC . The JV team was a victor over the Cougars 50 to

Boys Basketball loses rivalry game to Riley

The Boys Basketball team dropped a 75-63 decision to Riley Friday night at the Wildcat Den.  Leading the Eagles in scoring were  Walter Ellis with 14, Brandon Wadley with 13,  Mike Green with 12,  and Te’Shawn Godwin with 10  The team is now  8-12 overall  and 6-5 in the NIC.  The JV team won  their game 58-56.

Malone loses in State Wrestling Finals

A tough loss for  Junior Tavonte Malone (160)  as he loses a heart breaker 4-3 to Center Grove’s Gleason Mappes in State Wrestling Finals. Congrats Tavonte on a great season.
