Boys Soccer picks up first win

The Boys Soccer team picked up their first win of the year Monday with a 2 to 1 win over Washington. Jarol Rodriguez  scored both of the Eagle goals. The Eagles also outshot the Panthers 10 to 6.  With the win the Eagles move to 4-1 overall an 1 and in in the NIC.  

Boys Tennis Shuts out Riley

The Boys Tennis shutout arch Rival Riley Monday 5 to 0 at Home. Winners for the Eagles included Tommy Ham at Number 1 Singles, Matt Stoner at Number 2 singles, and Zach Fernandez at Number 3 singles. Also Winners for Adams were Greg Williams and Donnell Williams and Eric Streeter and Philip Hostetler at Number

Cross Country finishes 9th at Penn Invite

The Boys and Girls Cross Country teams finished 9th at the Penn Invite on Saturday 8/29/15. The Boys scored 599 points while the Girls scored 580. Both teams will run  in the  SBCSC City meet on Thursday at Erskine

Volleyball loses two at Jimtown Invitational

The Volleyball team lost 2 matches at the Jimtown Volleyball Invitational on Saturday. The Lady Eagles lost to Jimtown in straight sets 25-9, 25-9.  In their second match they dropped two sets to Riley 25-13 and 25-14.  The Lady Eagles are now 3-8 on the season.  

Girls Soccer loses at Valpo

The Girls Soccer team lost a hard fought match to Valpo 5 to 3. Scoring Goals were Mary Kate Varga and two by Cat Mattiga.  Valpo out shot Adams 14 to 12.  The Loss drops the Lady Eagles to 2-2-1.  In the JV Contest, Valpo beat The Lady Eagles 7 to 0. The JV record

Volleyball suffers First Conference defeat

The Varsity Volleyball team dropped their first NIC match of the season as they lost in three sets to John Glenn 25-19, 25-5 and 25-14. In the JV Match, Glenn beat the Lady Eagles 25-23, and 25-20.  The Freshman team was victorious with a 3 set win by the scores of 25-18, 22-25, and 15-9.

Freshman Football Loses Season Opener

The Freshman Football team opened the 2015 season with a 35-0 shutout loss to Northridge at School Field. The Eagles are 0-1 on the season.

Girls Golf wins a pair of NIC matches

The Girls Golf team won two big Conference matches Thursday as they knocked off Jimtown and Washington. Scores were Adams 222. Jimtown  267 and Washington 277. Here are the results for Adams: Aine O’Connor 47, Abby Kern  53, Kelli Schmatz 69, Hannah Van Heesbeke 60, and Sydney Granlund 62. Great Job Girls!

Volleyball loses a tough 4 set match to Concord

The Varsity Volleyball team played tough but dropped a 4 set match to Concord Wednesday night. The Eagles lost the the Lady Minutemen 12-25, 25-16, 12-25, 14-25. Leading the Eagles was Abi Trzaskowski  with  4 blocks, and 6 aces. The varsity Is now 3and 5 on the season

Boys JV Soccer with solid win

The JV Boys Soccer team registered their first shutout of the year as they beat Michigan City Marquette 5-0.  Scoring goals for the Eagles were Mirza Alic, Hansel Lopez, Elmin Ujup, Matt Weaver and Jarol Rodriguez The teams next action is next Monday at South Bend Washington.
