Tough day for wrestlers at Semi-State

A tough day for the Two Adams Wrestlers competing at Semi-State. Joey Zahl lost his opening round match at 126 pounds to Evan Burge of McCutcheon in a major decision 12-2. Johnathon Thomas also  lost his first round match at 195 to Lucas Davison of Chesterton in a fall at 2:08.  Congrats to these two

Lindsay Gizzi finishes 24th at State

Freshman Diver Lindsay Gizzi finished 24th at the state swimming meet over the weekend.  Lindsay scored a 163.05 in the preliminary round. Congrats to Lyndsay on such a great season.

Boys Freshman Baksetbal moves on in NIC Tourney

Isaac Lee and Bryce Martens each scored 10 points as the Freshman Boys Basketball beat Clay in the Quarterfinals for the NIC Tourney Thursday 54-26.  The Eagles will now play in the Semi-Finals on Monday against St. Joe at 6 pm. The team is now 13-6 on the year.

Lindsay Gizzi advances to state in Diving

Boys Basketball suffers overtime loss to St. Joe

Shakell Johnson scored 30 points while Rico Swanson had 14 and Ben Foster 11, but the Eagles dropped a 70-67 overtime decision to  St. Joe Tuesday night.  Brady Powers led St. Joe with 31.  The Eagles now drop to 8-10 overall and 3-5 in the NIC. The JV was victorious 53-32.  The Eagles will host

Girls Tennis meeting on Thursday

There will be a girl’s tennis meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2018 after school in the LGI. Any girl interested should attend or stop in the Athletic office and pick up information.

NIC Boys Freshman basketball tourney

Girls Swimming finishes 4th at sectionals

The Girls Swim team finished 4th at the Sectional met at Riley.  All swimmers swam their best times of the year.  Congratulations to Lindsay Gizzi who qualified for the regional in diving after placing 2nd in the sectional. Boys Basketball drops close one to Michigan City

The Boys Basketball team hit the road Saturday to Face Michigan City and dropped a 62-57 decision to the Wolves.   Shakell Johnson scored 26 points while  Ben Foster tossed in 13.    The Eagles are  now 8-9 overall and will travel to St. Joe on Tuesday for a NIC Contest.  The JV Defeated Michigan City  44-42.
