Boys Basketball finishes 10th at Wettig tourney

Shakell Johnson scored 27 points and Ben Foster 10 but the Boys Basketball team lost to Greensburg 84-73 in the Wetting Richmond Tourney.  The team finished 10th in the tourney  and drops their record to 5-6 overall  They will host Penn Friday January 5th at the Eagles nest.

Boys Basketball wins first game at Wettig Tournament

Shakell Johnson scored 17 points and Alec Breiler 10 as the Varsity Boys Basketball team beat Indy Northwest Home School 48-40.  The team moves to 4-5 on the year and will play again at 9:30 Friday morning and then another game later in the day  

Boys Basketball hangs tough with Class 3A number 1 in Richmond

Rico Swanson scored 14 points and Ben Foster 13 as the Boys basketball team hung tough with Indy Crispus Attucks in the Richmond tourney before falling 61-44.  The team has hung tough in their last two games with number 1 ranked teams.  Adams is now 3-5 overall and will play again at 9 am Thursday

Boys Basketball rebounds with Tuesday win

The Boys basketball team rebounded Tuesday after their loss to Riley on Friday with a  60-44 win over Clay.  Shakell Johnson led Adams in scoring with 23 points while Rico Swanson had 17 and Ben Foster had 10. The JV game was also won by Adams 73-30 as  James Williams and Sydney Jefferies scored 11

Boys Basketball Falls to Rival Riley

Rico Swanson had 18 points, Ben foster 16 and Shakell Johnson 15, but the Eagles fell to Number 1 Riley 64-59. Riley was led in scoring by  Damezi Anderson with 33 points. This was a non conference game as both schools will meet again in January.  The Eagles are  now 2-4 on the year and

Boys Basketball drops close one to Marian

Ben Foster scored 16 points and Nick Fullmer 14 but the Eagles dropped a 58-50 decision to Marian Friday night at the Eagles Nest. Rico Swanson and Shakell Johnson each chipped in 9 points.  The Eagles are now 2-3 overall and 0-2 in the NIC.  They will host Riley on  Friday in a non-conference game.

Boys Basketball drops close one to Elkhart Central

Ben Foster scored  a game high 21 points while Shakell Johnson added 16 and Rico Swanson 12,  but the Eagles fell short 58-52 to Elkhart Central.  The Eagles drop to 2-2 overall and 0-1 in the NIC. They will host Marian Friday night at Hadaway’s Shack.

Boys Basketball completes weekend sweep

The Boys Basketball team won their 2nd straight game on Saturday with a 71-67 win over Forth Wayne Northrup. Leading the Eagles in scoring were Rico Swanson with 22,  Shakell Johnson with 18, Ben Foster and Nick Fulmer each with 12.  The Eagles are now 2-1 on the year and will play at Elkhart Central

Shakell Johnson scored 19 points and Ben Foster added 17 but the Varsity Boys Basketball team lost their season opener to Ft. Wayne Carroll 62-47.   The JV team also lost to Carroll 54-51 while the Freshman also lost 42-34.  The Varsity and JV are both 0-1 on the year while the freshman mover to 1-1.
