Baseball beat Riley

The Varsity baseball team squared their NIC record to 2-2 with a 13-3 win over Riley. Quentin Atkinson had 3 RBU and Brandon Martens and Spencer Nelson each had 2 RBI. Breckin Brown was the winning pitcher for the Eagles. The Varsity is now 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the NIC . The JV also beat

Baseball Hammered by Mishawaka

The Baseball team suffered its worst loss of the year as they were beaten by Mishawaka 19-3 in 5 innings at School Field.  The Cavemen scored 10 in the 1st inning  in the 2nd and 4 more in the 3rd. The Eagles did manage to pound out 7 hits led by Spencer Nelson and Brandon Martens

Baseball loses to Morgan Township.

The Varsity Baseball team lost a tough 9-8 decision to Morgan Township in 10 innings.  Spencer Nelson did have three hits to lead the Eagles.  Tim Huppenthal to the pitching loss for the Eagles. The Boys Baseball team were shutout by St. Joe Friday Afternoon 10-0 in 6 innings. The Eagle’s were no hit by 2 different St. Joe Pitchers.  Breckin Brown took the Loss for the Eagles.  The Eagles drop to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the NIC.  The JV team also lost to St. Joe 13-9.  The JV drops

Brandon Martens allowed only 3 hits while striking out 13 as the Baseball teams beat Glenn 6-1 at School Field. Martens went the distance for his first victory of the year. Spencer Nelson and James Schell doubled for the Eagles while Nick Day  and Martens each pounded out 2 single. The Victory keeps the Eagles

The Varsity Baseball team beat rival Riley at School Field Monday night 8-4. Breckin Brown, Brandon Martens, Josh Bendy and Angel Vargas all had one hit each for the Eagles. Cooper Lee picked up his 2nd win of the year with a 5 inning 5 hit performance. He also struck out 2 batters.   the team
