2019 Spring Sports Information

Despite the weather from last week with frigid temperatures and snow, Spring Sports are right around the corner. Softball bows out of State Tournament

The Softball team fought hard but couldn’t overcoming a hot hitting Kingsmen line-up as the Eagles dropped their sectional semi- final to Penn 12-0 in 6 innings.   The Eagles bats were silenced to just 4 hits  on the Night.   Mary Landis took the loss for Adams.  The Eagles finish the season at 12-10.

Softball has successful senior night

Delaney Shields tripled and scored two runs, Destiny Jennings drove in two runs and Elise Hutts went 2 for 2 at the plate, as the Eagle Softball team ended the regular season with a 9-2 win over Wawasee. Mary Landis got the win for the Eagles as she pitched 7 innings, gave up 2 runs,

The Eagle bats came alive Monday night as the Softball team downed Washington 11-1 in 5 innings.  Delaney Shields, Lexie Davis, Destiny Jennings and Josie Garver led the Eagle hitting attack wiht 5 hits total. Delaney Shields went 4 for 4 at  the plate while Lexi Davis had a RBI Triple and Mary Landis a 2 RBI single as the Softball team shout out Riley 12-0 in 5 innings.  On the night, the Eagles banged out 12 hits. Landis was the winning pitcher by going 5 innings allowing  no runs

The IHSAA has released their sectional pairings for the upcoming state tournament.   The Lady Eagles have drawn Penn in the 2nd semi-final. Girls Softball finishes Laporte Invitational 1-2

After Beating Rochester Friday night, the softball team dropped a pair of gaems Saturday. In game one the Eagles dropped a 6-4 decision to Lowell.   Destiny Jennings who hit a home run and Lexi Davis each drove in two runs for Adams.  In game two, The Eagles only mustered 5 hits in a 12-2
