Softball wins opening day game

The Softball team opened the 2017 season with a 8-0 shutout over Ft. Wayne Carroll Friday Night. Regan Shiepline went 3 for 4  with 2 doubles and a triple. Sydnee Birch went 3 for 4 with 2 singles and a double while Destiny Shields went 2 for 4 with an single and a triple. and

Softball sees season end at Sectional

Despite a great effort, the Softball team dropped  8-2 decision to Penn Monday night in the Sectional at Mishawaka.  Emily Mendez took the Loss in the circle for the Eagles. Softball Bounces back with NIC win

The Varsity Softball team bounced back Friday night with a 3-2 NIC win over New Prairie. Destiny Jennings 2 RBI double in the 2nd inning proved to be the  game winner.   Emily Mendez picked up the victory in the circle with a 6 1/3 inning performance.  The win leaves the teams record at 13-8 overall

Softball shut out at Lake Central

The Softball team suffered their 8th loss of the year as the Lady Eagles lost to Lake Central 6-0 Thursday Evening. The Eagle bats were only able to  manage 4 hits off Lake Central Pitching.  The Varsity Softball team got back on track with a 14-1 thumping of Washington Friday. Softball back on winning track

The Varsity Softball team broke their 4 game losing streak with a 13-3, 5 inning win over Clay. The Eagles banged out 17 hits including a home run by Megan Bonk.  Bonk also doubled for the Eagles. 4 others also  hit doubles for the Eagles including Mackenzie Shields, Brittany Martens, Halle Meredith and Sydney Birch.

Softball drops another game at LaPorte Invitational

The Varsity Softball team dropped their 4th straight game  Saturday after a 12-4 loss  to Lowell at the Laporte Invitational. Megan Bonk went 2-4 with a double and a single.  The second game against Laporte was cancelled due to the weather. The Lady Eagles are now 10-6 on the season and will host  Clay on Monday

The Softball team lost another Heartbreaker on Friday after dropping a 6-5 decision to Rochester in the opening game of the Laporte Invitational. Brittany Martens homered for Adams.  Mary Landis took the Los for the Eagles. who drop to 10-5. The will play both LaPorte and Lowell tomorrow in the Slicer Invitational.
