Softball drops another game at LaPorte Invitational

The Varsity Softball team dropped their 4th straight game  Saturday after a 12-4 loss  to Lowell at the Laporte Invitational. Megan Bonk went 2-4 with a double and a single.  The second game against Laporte was cancelled due to the weather. The Lady Eagles are now 10-6 on the season and will host  Clay on Monday

The Softball team lost another Heartbreaker on Friday after dropping a 6-5 decision to Rochester in the opening game of the Laporte Invitational. Brittany Martens homered for Adams.  Mary Landis took the Los for the Eagles. who drop to 10-5. The will play both LaPorte and Lowell tomorrow in the Slicer Invitational.

The Varsity Softball scored 2 runs in the 5th inning to take a 3 to 2 lead and held on the beat the Blazers by the same score at Lasalle Field.  Destiny Jennings and Brittany Martens each had a triple in the game while Megan Bonk went 2 for 3 to lead the Lady Eagles.

Softball Stays Perfect in the NIC

Behind 3 run home runs by Taylor Meehan and Brittany Martens. The Lady Eagles defeated Mishawaka 10-5 on Monday night.  The Winning Pitcher  was Mary Landis. The Eagles moved their record to 7-1 overall and 3-0 in the NIC  The JV game was also won by the Lady Eagles 3-1 .  JV in now 4-3 overall

Softball splits doubleheader

The Softball team split a  double header Saturday with Boone Grove.  The Eagles won  the first game 4 to 3 and lost the 2nd 7 to 3.  Mary Landis picked up the win for the Eagles in game one as she went the distance to improve to 7-0. Taylor Meehan and Megan Bonk each had 2 RBI
