Boys Golf wins two more NIC matches

The Boys Golf team finished of NIC play  Thursday with Victories over Elkhart Central and Clay.  The Eagles carded a team total 187 while Central had 189 and Clay 250.  Individually for the Eagles, Matt Weaver shot a 44, Charlie Freel a 45, Ben Thoman a 46, Adam Kern and Owen Glick each wiht 52’s. 

Boys Track and Field Finishes 5th at Sectional, Moves on to Regional Meet

The Boys Track & Field Team finished in 5th place on Thursday at the IHSAA Penn Sectional Meet. The team finished with 52 points. Delaney Shields tripled and scored two runs, Destiny Jennings drove in two runs and Elise Hutts went 2 for 2 at the plate, as the Eagle Softball team ended the regular season with a 9-2 win over Wawasee. Mary Landis got the win for the Eagles as she pitched 7 innings, gave up 2 runs,

Baseball wins slugfest over Lakeshore (MI)

The Baseball team scattered 12 hits on the day as they beat Lakeshore Michigan 10-7 at School Field Wednesday.   Four of the runs came in the 6th inning as Thad Skipper had a 2 RBI single and Zac Gray tripled and scored on an error. Lakeshore threatened in the 7th but a six-four-three double

Girls Tennis Bows out at Sectional

They played hard and had some good matches, but the Girls Tennis team saw their season end Wednesday with a 5-0 loss to Penn in the Sectional. Leena Mariani lost 6-2 , 6-0 at Number 1 Singles. Adiyah Williams lost at number 2 Singles 5-7, 6-3, 6-0.  Amanda Abner lost at Number 3 Singles 6-3,

The IHSAA Girls Track & Field Tournament began on Tuesday evening at Penn High School with the Sectional Meet. The team finished with 74 points in 3rd place.
