The Girls Soccer team played their first Northern Indiana Conference game on Wednesday night, traveling to take on the Elkhart Lions. It was a total team effort for the Lady Eagles as they defeated the Lions 7-1. Ari Jones had an impressive game. Jones led the Eagles in scoring, finishing the night with 5 goals. Brianna Briggs and Briley Kush each added a goal a piece in the first half. Navy Smith was a big part of the action as well, coming up with assists on three of the team’s goals. Adams sits at 2-1-0 overall for the season and 1-0 in the NIC.
